The Littlest Turned 25!

My "baby" sister turned 25...so we went to the other sister and her new hubby's house for a BBQ

Silliness ensued:

We have our UPS and downs, but I ♥ them both!

Of course we played with Kathy and Jason's puppy!! Eva is so stinkin' cute!

Dad and Jason our BBQ guy, I don't know how we didn't get photos of them.

Sisters ♥

Happy 25th Birthday Bear!!

 Mom and Beepa ♥

After food, presents and cake...we all settled in for a movie....and gave Boston and Abby a new hair-do ☺

The Ultimate Gift

I read something today, that brought attention to something I haven't thought about in a long time.
I have been an organ donor for as long as I can remember. My parents had me registered as a baby, and I have continued that on. Every time I get a new driver's license, I always *check* that box. Today I updated all my organ donor registration information.
It means more to me now, then it did before. Before I never gave it much thought. But now, I instantly think of my mom. Thanks to two wonderful, unselfish people. My mom can see today.
My mom was diagnosed about ten years ago with a hereditary disease. Basically, her corneas would continue to cloud up until she was blind. Last year she hit a point where her eye doctor said she was close to being legally blind. She finally underwent surgery, under one of the best doctors in the business. Replacing her corneas with those from two people that had passed. Now she can see wonderfully again!
The best way I know how to say thank you for that, is to try and make it possible for me to do the same someday, for someone else. ♥
So for those of you that haven't thought about registering as an organ donor.  Think about...I figure if I can't use it anymore, someone else should. I would love to live on, giving someone else a second chance at life, even if it's just to see again. ☺

Learning Curve

My mother purchased and installed one of those silly "Seen On TV" products.
What I am calling a screen curtain...you are suppose to be able to install it over any doorway, and walk right through it. While the screen shuts directly behind you, using all of its magnets. *click click click*
Toby doesn't quite understand the concept yet.
Which I find amusing, cuz he is the one that headbutts the doors and lets himself out. ☺
