Let Me Step Up On My Soapbox

Ok, not to get too preachy, but...as much as I did love the original Superbowl commercial, this "commercial" is based around. I am not an idiot. I do know that this does MUCH more closely depict what "farming" is today. Though the voice over on this does sound extremely annoying (in my opinion), what he says, it sadly true:

Read Any Good Books Lately?

 

 

The Art of Racing in the Rain: A Novel, by: Garth Stein. Great book, especially if you are an animal lover. The book depicts a story, told from the point of view of a dog, Enzo. All about his owner, Denny, all of life's ups and downs and all that happens to them. Even with all the race car references (which I could care less about Nascar) it's still a great story! Makes you laugh and makes you cry. All the good stuff you want to find in a book. I highly recommend it! :)

Superbowl XLVI

Another Superbowl has come and gone. Since the Pats were out of it this year, I wasn't that into it. Mostly watched for the commercials. Though the halftime show and power outage made it a lot more interesting! This was probably my favorite commercial :)

Here is hoping, I get to see the Patriots win the Superbowl in 2014! ;)
