I know it's not Christmas time yet, though all those holiday commercials have started to air on TV and the stores are already decorating accordingly. But despite that little detail, of the date, last night, trying to beat the holiday rush. We loaded up in the cars and headed on down for the annual Festival of Lights. It's the southeast's largest holiday light show with nearly a million lights. The weather was wonderful and allowed us to drive through all the displays with the windows down, and at times, even hang out of them to peek and take a quick picture. This is just some of what we saw:
Most of the displays were several times larger then our car. And many of them were automated and moved and you could drive through some. It was alot of fun! This was my first year going and I hope not my last!
