Black Dog Salvage

Father's Day weekend, we headed to Black Dog Salvage, a.k.a. known on TV as Salvage Dawgs!

 

I suck and forgot my camera or there would be a lot more pictures ;) these I swiped from my mother...

 

But it was HUGE and packed full (yet organized) with SO much awesome stuff!!! We were there for hours!

 

Definitely worth going back again and again!

 

And a Happy Father's Day to my fantastic Dad!! ♥

Old Salem

While we have family visiting...one of my favorite Aunts! ...We have been going on lots of different outings. Today we went on over to Old Salem.

It was like going back in time, two hundred years ago. Original buildings line the streets and everywhere there are people dressed in clothing from that time period. I wasn't able to take pictures of everything, but these were a few photos that I did get...

We of course showed up on "science day". Which meant that over 800 kids were also wandering the streets with us. But we had lots of fun! Learned a lot too! ☺
